Breaking! House Oversight Committee Rules All Biden Autopen Executive Orders & Pardons “Null And Void” — AG Bondi Asked To Investigate
Titled, “The Autopen Presidency,” the report stated the committee “deems void President Biden’s executive actions that were signed using the Autopen, and determines that action by the Department of Justice is warranted to address the legal consequences of that determination.”
A total of 4,245 Biden pardons and commutations could be considered invalid if Bondi takes action, which would also open the door for the prosecution of the recipients, such as Joe’s son Hunter Biden, Dr. Anthony Fauci, General Mark Milley, Senator Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.) and others.
