Bill’s commentary:
“A 237 MILLION ounce deficit? And price barely went up? Something stinks! Maybe we can ask Gary Gensler?”
Total global silver demand in 2022 came in at a record $1.242 billion ounces. This represented an 18% increase in silver demand over 2021.
Net physical silver investment rose for a fifth consecutive year to a new high of 332.9 million ounces. Silver investment in India charted a staggering 188% increase over 2021 with lower prices and bargain hunting driving demand higher. There was modest demand growth in the US despite ongoing supply shortages that drove premiums exceptionally high – especially on American Silver Eagle coins.
Bill’s commentary:
“Without comment.”
Gary Gensler sweating bullets…
Bill’s commentary:
“Socialism …”
A Biden administration rule is set to take effect that will force good-credit home buyers to pay more for their mortgages to subsidize loans to higher-risk borrowers.
Experts believe that borrowers with a credit score of about 680 would pay around $40 more per month on a $400,000 mortgage under rules from the Federal Housing Finance Agency that go into effect May 1, costs that will help subsidize people with lower credit ratings also looking for a mortgage, according to a Washington Times report Tuesday.
Thanks Bill,
You and I are from the same generation. We grew up with a different mindset than ‘people’ (trying to be politically correct here) of today’s X, Y, & Z gen.! As a woman, in the ’70’s, it was difficult getting my Master’s degree from an Ivy League college because, I paid for it myself, sometimes working two jobs to do so!
However, I can say, it made me the strong person I am today. Those who want everything given to them will never understand the feeling of accomplishment when reaching one’s goals…on their own. There’s power and sense of self when one does.
BTW, as an intelligent man, who sees the whole picture of what has happened worldwide and what we’ll soon be facing, am I correct to assume that’s why you moved to Costa Rica? In 2011, my brother and I left California and moved to Nicaragua for six years. Except for my brother becoming ill, the corrupt gov., and its people believing we were nothing more than over-stuffed ATM machines, we had to move back to the States. Other than that…I would have stayed in Nica., living at the ocean was wonderful!
I’ve watched and listened to you for years and always value your insight on many topics. Thanks for all you do, Bill!

Another example of ‘inclusivity’ used as a ‘divisive’ tactic to foster ‘equity’ over ‘opportunity’.
